Introducing Axara AI: Our AI Studio for Legal and Professional Work
Agents are here to stay and we love it.
Earlier this week, we launched Axara AI and our new website https://axaraai.com/.
Axara AI is our AI studio that focuses on what we do best - building AI agents that complete tasks in legal, tax, IP and consulting teams.
Building AI Agents is the most exciting work we have done in our legal careers.
Building an AI agent involves:
(a) Identifying a workflow to automate. Example - draft X. Review Y and Draft Z. Accept this document, analyse it and send Z to B.
(b) AI Agents can be simple or more complex. We call them workers, multi-taskers and managers depending on their complexity.
Example:
Our termsheet drafting agent is a worker that produces a term sheet.
A more complex agent is our patent claims drafting agent. It scopes out an invention, does research on prior art, prepares a structuring note and then drafts the claims.
While we have put out free to use AI Agents like the ones above (see Agent Playground on our website), we know that everyone’s termsheet looks different. Everyone has their own workflows, particular issues , template documents, precedents and style of doing things.
Customised AI Agents
This means that AI Agents we build have to be bespoke. Each is built for a particular team, and is owned by that team.
We are like an HR agency for AI Agents.
You need get something done? You get an AI Agent.
We set them up for you, train them to do your work right and ensure they don’t slip.
The kind of teams who like to work with us seem to be those who prefer that their AI Agents are built with legal and professional heft.
As a team of senior lawyers, we get a fairly good idea and quickly as to what your AI Agent needs to be doing, and that helps.
Customised AI agents are a necessity because while AI for everyone works in some areas, but in others - everyone needs their own AI.
If you want an AI Agent, you can now drop us a line!
